Welcome to ListPop.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ListPop website, dashboard, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Who We Are

ListPop is operated by ListPop Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number and registered office to be inserted once incorporated) ("ListPop", "we", "our", or "us").

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By:

  • creating a ListPop account;
  • installing the ListPop browser extension; or
  • using any part of the Service,

you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You may only use the Service if:

  • you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • you hold a valid personal Vinted account in good standing; and
  • you comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Description of the Service

ListPop is a software tool that helps users automate the relisting of their own Vinted listings.

The Service works by:

  • operating within your own browser session;
  • reading your active Vinted listings;
  • deleting and recreating listings according to schedules you configure; and
  • automating actions that could otherwise be performed manually.

ListPop operates using your existing logged-in Vinted browser session.

ListPop:

  • does not independently access Vinted accounts;
  • does not store Vinted login credentials;
  • does not purchase items;
  • does not send messages;
  • does not interact with buyers or sellers on your behalf; and
  • does not collect marketplace data at scale.

Independent Service

ListPop is an independent third-party software provider.

ListPop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or otherwise connected with Vinted UAB.

Any references to Vinted are solely for descriptive purposes.

5. Important Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Vinted Terms

Vinted maintains its own terms, policies, and rules.

These may restrict or prohibit certain automated activity.

ListPop does not represent or warrant that use of the Service complies with Vinted's terms or policies.

Vinted's rules may change at any time without notice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with Vinted's current terms and policies.

Risk of Suspension or Closure

Your use of ListPop may result in action by Vinted, including:

  • warnings;
  • restrictions;
  • reduced functionality;
  • temporary suspension; or
  • permanent account closure.

Vinted alone decides how it enforces its rules.

ListPop has no control over those decisions.

No Liability for Vinted Actions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListPop shall not be liable for:

  • suspension of a Vinted account;
  • closure of a Vinted account;
  • removal of listings;
  • loss of reviews;
  • loss of sales history;
  • loss of account standing;
  • reduced visibility; or
  • any other action taken by Vinted.

Platform Changes

Vinted may change its website, systems, interface, or functionality at any time. Such changes may cause the Service to stop working, operate incorrectly, or produce unintended outcomes. While we may attempt to restore functionality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. User Obligations

You agree that you will:

  • use the Service only with accounts you own or control;
  • provide accurate information;
  • keep your login credentials secure;
  • promptly notify us of unauthorised access;
  • comply with all applicable laws;
  • comply with Vinted's terms and policies;
  • use the Service responsibly; and
  • cooperate with reasonable security measures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • use the Service for fraudulent purposes;
  • relist prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or unlawful items;
  • impersonate another person;
  • create fake listings;
  • manipulate review systems;
  • use the Service for unlawful activities;
  • attempt to reverse engineer the Service;
  • decompile or copy the software;
  • bypass subscription limits;
  • create multiple free accounts to avoid fees;
  • access our systems using bots, scripts, or automated tools beyond ordinary use of the Service;
  • resell access to the Service; or
  • use the Service in a manner that infringes any third-party rights.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. We may require identity verification or additional information where reasonably necessary for security or fraud prevention.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

ListPop offers:

  • Free
  • Starter (£2.99/month)
  • Pro (£6.99/month)
  • Power (£12.99/month)

Additional billing options may include monthly, six-month, and annual plans.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms and policies. ListPop does not store payment card information.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice of material pricing changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • we may retry payment;
  • a grace period of up to 3 days may apply; and
  • your account may then be downgraded to the Free plan.

Your schedules and account settings may be retained.

10. Refund Policy

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Six-Month and Annual Plans

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Extended Service Failure

If the Service is materially unavailable due solely to ListPop's own systems for more than seven consecutive days, users on six-month or annual plans may request a reasonable pro-rata refund for the affected unused period.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, source code, design, branding, logos, databases, and content created by ListPop, are owned by or licensed to ListPop. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You retain ownership of your listing content, schedules, preferences, and other data you provide. You grant ListPop a limited, non-exclusive licence to process such data solely to provide the Service.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, remain compatible with all browsers or versions, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the Service.

13. No Performance Guarantee

ListPop does not guarantee increased sales, views, ranking, engagement, profits, or any other commercial outcome. Results vary according to market conditions, competition, category, buyer behaviour, and Vinted's algorithms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, ListPop's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ListPop during the 12 months preceding the claim.

ListPop shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, business opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, Vinted account access, listings, reviews, sales history, data held by Vinted, or indirect or consequential losses.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, misuse the Service, we are required to do so by law, or continued provision would expose us to legal or security risks. Upon termination, data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

18. Dispute Resolution

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights available under your local law.
